Back to Fishin’
It was the first day of school today but we still had plenty of fishing going on! Over the last two days Offshore Charters have had boxes full of Mahi Mahi! We also saw a bonus Wahoo in the mix with releases of Sailfish and White Marlin! The Nearshore Fleet has also been bringing home the meat! Plenty of Ribbonfish, Albacore with a few Spanish Mackerel and Jacks in the mix!
It’s a great time to go fishing! Come see us in the Ship’s Store, give us a call 252-473-3906, or visit us online at www.fishpiratescove.com to book your trip today!

Future Mates of Hatteras
Been trying all summer to get Thomas, Patrick and their classmates out fishing.
Today we pulled it off with most of them coming.
Had good action on the spanish macks off Ocracoke.
They also saw dolphins (mammals) all kinds of birds, a big shark and caught lots of fish!
We had so much fun!

Waiting out Debby
We’ve been waiting out Tropically Depressed Debby the last few days.
We did slip a trip in before the weather turned south.
We took the Yingling clan out on Tuesday
Fishing was a little slow for us.
We caught a nice wahoo on the high speed and managed to catch on small gaffer dolphin before the beginning of Debby Downer sent us home.
We did manage to avoid getting struck by lightening
Always great to see Doug and his Crew!
