Our charters had another great day of fishing here at Pirate’s Cove Marina! The Offshore fleet provided dinner and a show with catches of Mahi Mahi and Tuna while releasing Blue Marlin and Sails! The Nearshore had a nice variety of catches including Spanish Mackerel, Bluefish, Moonfish, and Drum with Amberjacks and Mahi on extended trips!

Family fun with Dolphin and a Sailfish
Hosted a couple of Joe’s friends and his twin little brother’s Thomas and Patrick.
We wanted to catch dolphin for a couple dinners but primarily I was looking to put these boys on the sails.
We found some dolphins under some birds and quickly caught what we wanted for dinner.
A little while later Jack and Joe had some flatline action, ultimately hooking him on a long rigger and Riley did an excellent job angling.
set back out and hooked another but he came off.
that would have been it for our sailfish action for the day, chased around a lot of marks on the sonar but no more love.
Natalie met us at the dock where some creeking ensued.
Great to have all three of my boys on the boat and friends on a pretty day.

Sunday’s Catch
The Offshore Fleet returned to the marina with their flags flying – Sailfish, White Marlin, and Blue Marlin were all released today! They also had a nice catch of Mahi Mahi with a few Tunas in the mix!

Marlin Kinda Monday
Our Offshore Fleet returned to the marina with those flags-a-flying! We saw Blue Marlin and Sailfish releases for all our Offshore charters today along with Mahi Mahi and scattered Tuna for dinner! Nearshore catches consisted of Spanish Mackerel and Dogfish with a couple of bonus Cobia! Extended Nearshore charters got into the Jacks and Mahi!

Sunday’s Report
Today’s catch consisted of Yellowfin Tuna, Blackfin Tuna and Mahi Mahi with two Blue Marlin on Desperado and a Sailfish release on the Fistful! They even got in on some of the Drum action!

Fish Tales
The Offshore Fleet has had good fishing these last couple of days. Tuna, Mahi, and Wahoo were all seen on the docks with Trophy Hunter catching a meatfish slam today! We also had White Marlin and Sailfish flags flying! The Nearshore crew continues to slay the Drum and returned with catches of Bluefish and Spanish Mackerel!

Dolphins Wahoo and a Sailfish
The Riviea clan from Virginia on board today. Been a while since Bob has been on the boat and we were glad to have them back.
A little bumpy on the ride out but it got pretty once we got to the gulf stream
found a nice mess of dolphins to start with and the crew caught a large mess.
trolled around and found a sailfish and a wahoo to round out the box.
