Blue Marlin and dolphin
SW Wind finally gave us a break.
Pretty day with a little left over swell.
We found a tree that should have been holding, only catching three dolphin around it.
fishing offshore we had a really cool blue marlin encounter, finally hooking him on a dink rod.
had him close for the release several times, finally after two and a half hours we got the leader.
Everybody got a turn on reeling on him!
found a really pretty weed line and caught a mess of nicer sized bailer and gaffers.

Nearshore Fishin’
The Nearshore Fleet has been the only ones able to make it out the last couple of days thanks to the crazy weather we have been having. Ribbonfish has been the big catch with a few Spanish Mackerel and Bluefish in the mix.

Ribbon Fishin’
Today we had most of our fleet stuck at the docks due to wind. We did have a couple shorter Nearshore trips run and they returned with happy anglers and plenty of Ribbonfish! Looks like this wind is here to stay the next few days but we’ll keep yall updated on the fishing we are able to do!

Fish, it’s what’s for Dinner!
It was a little sporty today, but our Offshore boats braved the conditions and returned this afternoon with great catches of Mahi Mahi and Tilefish. The Nearshore crowd was able to throw some Ribbonfish and Moonfish on the dock. Also, some great catch and release Red Drum action! Good eating across all fleets tonight!

Dolphin and Looking for Billfish
Some new friends on board today and they brought my old friend Lee Bone!
Pretty day
We started out catching a few dolphin to eat.
Spent the rest of the day Marlin Hunting.
We did not catch a marlin, but did have a couple of Sailfish encounters briefly in the spread but no Hookup!

Tuesdays are for Fish Tacos!
Lots of good eatin’ from today’s catch! Our Offshore fleet came back to the docks with catches of Mahi Mahi, Tilesfish, and Yellowfin Tuna. Fistful also had two Sailfish releases! Our Nearshore fleet had catches of Spanish Mackerel, Mahi Mahi, Sea Mullet, Red Drum, and Sea Bass!

couple of scrappy days
couple of scrappy days this weekend, despite good conditions
Saturday, we had friends from Mathews Virginia on board. They managed to catch and release a Sailfish and a couple of dolphin.
Sunday we had Wayne and the boys from the Mountains of Virginia.
Caught a gaffer, three bailers and the Biggest False Albacore ive ever seen, dolphin bait for days!
We did have a shot at a double header sailfish, but did not get either one hooked up.

Post Holiday Fishing!
