Earth Saver LLC is the name of my company. My name is Dennis Saver. My company is a NC licensed, unllimited general contracting firm. We are members of the US Green Building Council, the Outer Banks Home Builder’s Association and LEED educated. When you contact this company, you get me. I have more than thirty years’ experience in the building industry; fifteen working with green techniques. I bid, organize, and oversee every aspect of the work done under this company’s name. Usually, I work on site throughout the duration of the project. I don’t have a lot of employees. I work with carefully chosen subcontractors. The subcontractors’ who work together on our projects are committed to doing their best work for a fair price on every project. We don’t under-bid then do countless change orders. We bid the project for what it costs us and a fair profit. We are experienced at all aspects of new and remodeling construction for homes and small commercial projects. We are experienced at working in teams to deliver an integrated, well conceived green project, which can be delivered for competitive costs. Building green saves the environment and money.
