Sea Scape Beach & Golf Villas

Our spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom units accommodate 6 people with privacy for 4. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the guest bedroom has 2 twin-sized beds (Q building guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed). The living room has a full-sized Murphy bed.

All units have a fully equipped kitchen with an extensive inventory of supplies, a deck with chairs, two cable televisions, VCR, stereo, irons and free wireless service. Linens and towels are provided in the unit for the week. The resort does not offer mid-week changes of linen but we do have free laundry facilities on site. Start up supplies of toilet tissue, paper towels, trash bags, bath soap, coffee filters, dishwashing liquid, and dishwasher detergent are also provided (additional quantities will need to be purchased).

If you are staying in the “B” side only of buildings P, Q, and S, be aware that these units are hotel units that accommodate only 2 people. These units have one small bedroom, one bathroom, and a sitting area/mini kitchen with a sofa, TV with cable, VCR, coffeemaker, toaster, dormitory-sized refrigerator, and dining table for 2. These units do not have a balcony or stove.

Advice 5¢ is a casual place…the kind the ocean invites. Advice 5¢ is welcoming both inside and out. Its casual simplicity encourages our guests to enjoy every nook and cranny, as well as the Sea Pines swimming pool and tennis court, and the neighborhood’s convenient walkway to the beach. For your convenience, we have refreshing outdoor showers, beach chairs, and beach towels for use during your stay.

Situated in the neighborhood of Sea Pines, we’re in the heart of Duck between the Atlantic & Currituck Sound. Our B & B is also just a short walk from the Village and the Town Park.

Our signature blend coffee is ready for early risers, followed by baked-from-scratch muffins, scones, and breads along with fresh fruit salads, smoothies, and juices. If you love the idea of lingering over the morning newspaper, settle outside on the deck for some fresh salt air and the ocean as your backdrop.

Our rooms all have private baths, decks, and cable television. Our roomier “Daybreak” room offers an expanded jacuzzi-style tub in its larger bath. For your convenience, complimentary Internet access is available throughout the entire B & B.
