WordPress has recently upgraded its back end interface. This happens from time to time. These videos may not be “exact” representations. However, the changes from the video to what you actually see is very minor.
The latest difference is in the Post or Page the Upload Insert icon has been changed to a single upload icon for all file types including .doc, .jpg, .pdf, .wav, .mov etc. This makes it much easier to upload all your media.
